On 11 June 2025 the Cayuga Nation Tribal Council unanimously enacted a Sex Offender Registration and Notice Code, based upon model policy provided by the US Department of Justice. The code is available for viewing at https://www.cayuganationpolice.gov/justice-system/cayuga-nation-laws/
