Sex Offender Registry
Skip Navigation

On 11 June 2025 the Cayuga Nation Tribal Council unanimously enacted a Sex Offender Registration and Notice Code, based upon model policy provided by the US Department of Justice. The code is available for viewing online at https://www.cayuganationpolice.gov/justice-system/cayuga-nation-laws/

The accuracy of the information is based on the information provided by sex offenders at the time of their registration with the Cayuga Nation Police Department (CNPD). CNPD regularly updates the system, but cautions that on any given day not all information may be current.

If an individual believes any information contained in the system is incorrect, they should report the suspected inaccuracy in person to CNPD at 2540 NY State Route 89, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 TEL (315) 651-7590.

Those wishing to conduct queries of this system are reminded that state and federal agencies possess concurrent criminal jurisdiction on the Nation's Reservation. Searches can also be made at: www.nsopw.gov or https://www.criminaljustice.ny.gov/SomsSUBDirectory/search_index.jsp

This system is made available by funding from the U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ) for the Tribal & Territorial Sex Offender Registry System (TTSORS).
